  • Translate product requirements into clear technical documentation for front- and back-end policy administration systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure product design aligns with operational, legal, and financial standards.
  • Validate system programming and ensure alignment with intended product specifications and compliance requirements.
  • Define and develop reporting requirements to monitor performance, pricing accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis to evaluate program success, refine offerings, and guide future product decisions.
  • Support onboarding and technical mentoring of product team members.
  • Stay current on industry trends, ISO updates, and competitive positioning across commercial lines.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines product management within the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO forms, state regulations, and filing procedures.
  • Proven track record in launching successful insurance programs with measurable ROI.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience developing product filings and supporting documentation through SERFF and IRFS platforms.
Preferences:
  • CPCU or other industry designation preferred.
  • Experience analyzing market and competitor filings.
