Marketing Project Coordinator
Job Description
Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry, has an immediate opening for a Marketing Project Coordinator for a 18 month + Contract.
The Marketing Project Coordinator will support a high-volume regulatory update initiative, ensuring that all marketing collateral reflects updated legal manufacturing information. This role will manage the routing, tracking, and approval workflow for collateral. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced working within regulated environments such as medical devices or pharmaceutical industries.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary workflow coordinator for marketing collateral updates within the internal routing system (Adobe Workfront).
Manage end-to-end workflow for each asset, ensuring all updates move through review, approval, and publishing stages accurately and on schedule.
Oversee updates to both internal systems and external platforms where customers access collateral.
Maintain project tracking, identify bottlenecks, and support strategic decisions regarding prioritization and sequencing of updates.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or workflow management.
Experience with Adobe Workfront strongly preferred.
Background in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharma, or similar) highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, process-driven work.
Excellent communication, organization, and workflow-management skills.
