Job Description
Our Client, a Public Utility that provides natural gas and electricity to the majority of Michigan's 10 million residents is seeking a talented and self-driven individual for needs serving in the role of Talent Acquisition Recruiter.
This role is hybrid to either Livonia or Grand Rapids, Michigan and requires reporting 3 days a week onsite.
Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter drives the culture of excellence by working collaboratively with client groups and People & Culture Partners to achieve key initiatives through the delivery of diverse top talent. The incumbent will attract, source, assess, and pre-select proactively the best external talent, enabling the business to deliver their strategy.

- Full-cycle recruitment knowledge
- Process management
- Customer service orientation
- Business acumen
- Proficiency in the use of an HCM system
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills
- Conflict resolution and a problem solving attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 2+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting role
