  • Maintain detailed and accurate training records, including attendance and progress tracking, across five plant locations.
  • Support the design, development, and continual improvement of training materials such as presentations, templates, and flyers.
  • Manage training logistics: book training spaces, schedule sessions, coordinate with internal trainers, and set up necessary technology and materials.
  • Deliver onsite coaching and development support for hourly and non-exempt employees to enhance skill-building and workplace performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic learning initiatives and training calendar execution.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, Human Resources Development, Counseling, Business, Learning and Training).
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in learning and development, HR project coordination, or similar.

  • Experience managing multiple priorities and coordinating cross-functional projects.
  • Skilled in developing and facilitating training content and materials.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with L&D or HR systems/tools.

Preferred Qualifications
