- Adding Service calls to the digital call board.
- Input Customer Supply orders.
- Follow up on Pending Service calls, Back Orders, or any other customer service issues.
- Liaison between customers and associates to resolve concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the customer monitoring database.
