Job Description
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent machine (copier, fax, multi-functional machine, and computer) knowledge
- Concentration, speed, accuracy to handle paperwork expeditiously.
- Proactive sense of urgency to take the initiative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills a must
- Efficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- High School Diploma
- 2 years' tenure
Job Requirements
- Responsible for taking customer phone calls.
- Adding Service calls to the digital call board.
- Input Customer Supply orders.
- Follow up on Pending Service calls, Back Orders, or any other customer service issues.
- Liaison between customers and associates to resolve concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the customer monitoring database.
Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
