: Provide networking expertise regarding product design and specifications, Providing networking and technical expertise to customer support team regarding client network troubleshooting and network security.
: Be a key member of the incident response team; provide ideas, insight and leadership in resolving customer and network related issues.
: Assist in configuring and maintaining their internal network including switches, wireless and phones.
: Perform network configuration and performance tuning of wired and wireless networks.
: Develop standards and implement them within support and engineering groups.
: Serve as the customer and internal expert for network related questions, problems, and specification pre- and post-sale.
: Create and maintain knowledge bases for technical questions. Working with customers directly as needed to address issues.
: A Bachelor' s Degree in a computer-related field or five plus years work related experience.
: At least 6 years of experience in IT/IS field.
: A current CCNA and or CWNA/CWNE.
: Extensive network experience including 802.11 abgn/ac technologies.
: In depth understanding of authentication, encryption and access control systems.
: Network troubleshooting and wireless network experience.
: The ability to communicate with varied audiences.
: ITIL experience a plus.
: Previous experience in hospital network environments strongly preferred.
