Responsibilities: As a National Recruitment Specialist, your role is vital in connecting top talent with incredible opportunities. Here's what you'll be doing:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Recruit IT, Accounting & Finance, Manufacturing & Engineering consultants.
- Be the primary point of contact throughout the entire recruiting process.
2. Relationship Building:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with consultants.
- Match them with the BEST career opportunities.
3. Compensation Expertise:
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages, including wages and benefits, tailored to meet client needs.
Job Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) OR 2-3 years of Professional or Service Industry experience.
- Interest in a performance-based environment, including outbound calling.
- Enthusiasm for networking and effective communication.
- A drive for success, motivation, combined with compassion and understanding.
Preferred:
- Previous sales/recruiting experience, including internships.
- Proven experience in a performance-driven environment.

Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
