National Account Manager

Responsibilities:
The (Client or National Account) manager is responsible for growing and maintaining revenue within an assigned account base and territory of National and Global Enterprise accounts and customers. You will manage client relationships, lead agreement negotiations, identify and pursue staffing solution opportunities, and engage in Impact, Partner and Community ecosystems as appropriate allowing for:
  • Uncover and develop C-level relationships for assigned accounts
  • Lead the development of a Strategic Account Plan, to align IT Strategic Staffing Solutions and Services to agreed-upon business outcomes.
  • Create proposals with a clear value statement, deal economics and customer benefits while coordinating with management to price and shape staffing proposals.
  • Lead contract negotiations for Staffing Solutions with a focus on profitable sales.
  • Work with the customer as appropriate to define and execute staffing strategies
  • Prepare/maintain sales forecasts and forecast pipeline, account strategies, and make recommendations to enhance account growth and new revenue potential to meet or exceed quota in assigned accounts and territory with new client opportunities.
  • Additionally, through direct calling, email and other contact efforts you will identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities by leveraging relationships and working directly with Key Decision Makers.
  • Leverage consultative and relationship building selling techniques you will identify current and future connectivity solutions

Job Requirements

Qualifications : 
  • 6 or more years of relevant work experience with B2B and in the IT Technology field.
  • Knowledge of enterprise-wide IT staffing challenges and needs that include Cloud, Security, Mobility, Data Analytics, Networking, Application Development, Business Intelligence, SFDC, ServiceNow and more.
  • Previous sales experience (recent experience strongly preferred) with a track record of success is in Enterprise Staffing solutions required
  • You must be able to demonstrate your ability to identify, qualify and generate new business through extensive client management, prospecting and research
  • Strong oral and written communication is required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
  • Working knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite and Sales based CRM)
  • Valid driver's license.
