iMPact Business Group is assisting a highly successful Retailing client seeking an Application Administrator (Microsoft 365).
This role can be Remote or a Hybrid (Preferred) on-site work model in Grand Rapids, Michigan
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled contract worker to work with Microsoft 365 platform tools. The individual will be responsible to review Microsoft 365 roadmap and features, identify major changes, and work with various teams to implement them.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
* Analyze current state of Microsoft 365 platform and tools
* Understand licensing structure
* Collaborate with various platform teams to understand the impact of new features and work with the teams to enable them
* Help with documentation, user guide, KBA etc.
* Identify default settings for new features according to platform standards and current use
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
* Proven experience with various Microsoft 365 tools including - Teams, Outlook, Office Applications administration, Intune, Viva, Copilot, Loop, Exchange on premium, Entra ID, power Platform
* Extensive experience with various Microsoft 365 admin centers
* Knowledgable to create and maintain platform roadmap
* Strong analytical capabilities to understand current environment quickly
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with the IT teams.
Certifications:
Relevant Microsoft certifications are needed to showcase knowledge
