Our client in the Grand Rapids, MI area is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead efforts for traditional marketing plan development by translating business and departmental unit s objectives into marketing and brand strategy to help achieve KPI goals.
Manage corporate website, branding, communication and other related collateral to include printed material portal.
Oversee all print and electronic advertising and internal/external communications, including social media content.
Audit all messaging and copy for accuracy and adherence to the purpose and mission of the company.
Execute PR and internal communication including video and content production.
Lead a team (internal/external) of content producers to create regular content to be marketed via all inbound channels (social media, email, blog, landing pages, etc.).
Act as ambassador supporting the development of media relationships for the organization and programs.
Lead development of companywide digital marketing strategy and implementation covering social media, website, (public & portal), SEO/SEM, PPC, etc.
Plan, manage, execute and optimize the digital marketing campaigns required to meet team goals, KPIs and business results.
Optimize lead nurturing programs to ensure early-stage sales interest in company solutions which translate into leads that are ready and willing to engage with our sales teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights from customer behavior to define and optimize campaigns.
Lead competitive research and analysis as it applies to achieving company cascade objectives (short and long term) covering areas of competitive landscape, customer satisfaction, customer (internal/external) focus groups.
Communicate research findings to business leaders to influence and drive strategy related to research.
Lead the development of systematic collection of customer/prospect information to better customer experience.
Develop integrated marketing strategies across the customer journey, including tapping into tradition, experiential and digital touchpoints.
Champion brand positioning/messaging development and manage/approve the consistent presentation across all touch points including company signage, forms, promo items, print materials, etc.)
Lead Community Involvement Program to expand brand presence and recognition throughout local markets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree required
8+ years of marketing experience
Strong communication, management, organization, financial and interpersonal skills are required.
Demonstrated experience with strategic marketing, tactics, campaigns, branding, research and analysis is preferred.
