Job Description
Manufacturing Supervisor (Metals and Welding)
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of Manufacturing Supervisory experience is required
- Experience in Six Sigma/Lean processes is required
- Experience in high-volume, medium mix assembly is preferred
- 2 or 4 year degree is preferred
Shifts:
- 10 hour shift - 12 hour shift - or 8 hour shift
- Prefer nights/overnight shift
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a team to achieve operations, quality, and continuous improvement goals
- Lead continuous improvement tools to reduce downtime, improve quality, reduce scrap, and achieve labor efficiency targets
- Lead adherence to environmental, health and safety policies and initiatives
- Monitor work order progress and drives quality and timeliness of completion
- Maintain time and attendance
Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
