Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturer committed to operational excellence, is currently seeking Maintenance Technicians for their 2nd and 3rd shift teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment across Molding, Paint, and Assembly departments.
- Replace or service components related to electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, piping, pumps, and mechanical assemblies.
- Perform both preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and maintain production quality.
- Use appropriate hand tools for diagnostics, disassembly, and repair of equipment.
- Interpret and utilize machine schematics and parts breakdowns effectively.
- Fabricate and modify equipment components as needed to support ongoing operations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
- Familiarity with standard maintenance tools and fabrication processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to equipment safety and operational standards.
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift on a consistent schedule.
Preferred Experience & Education:
- Associate's Degree in a technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Work experience combined with current enrollment in a technical program may be considered.
- Previous experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Welding and custom fabrication experience is a plus.
