Job Description
We have an immediate need for an experienced FIRST SHIFT Maintenance Technician in our plant!
The Maintenance Technician will install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures and electrical systems.
- Candidates must have maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hand and power tool proficiency
- Pneumatic and mechanical experience
- PLC logic, industrial AC/DC trouble shooting abilities both with drives and circuitry
- Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery
- CNC repair experience, CNS repair for wood working equipment preferred
- Must be self-motivated, have a high sense of urgency and be resourceful
Job Requirements
Ideal Candidate will have a Passion for Continuous improvement. Must be able to look at a process and identify way(s) to make it better, more efficient AND take the initiative to implement! We are seeking someone who wants to take action!

Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
