Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CI methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Preferences
- Experience in a highly automated manufacturing setting.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or CI methodologies (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt).
- Familiarity with the latest automation technologies and trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
