Lease Administration Coordinator

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

Our client Flex Financial Group provides financing options for their customers to acquire company products.  This is a fun, fast-paced and demanding environment to meet their customer's needs. After a lease agreement is executed by a customer and our delivers all of the product, then Flex Financial is responsible for invoicing funders in a timely fashion to fund and commence the lease. This role will coordinate with the divisions of our client and Flex Financials lending partners to ensure the company receives the correct dollar amount to offset open accounts receivable. The task for this role will be to review all open orders that Flex Financial has not funded yet to identify if all of the product has been delivered or not. If everything has been delivered, the appropriate team members will need to be notified to proceed with the agreement. If everything has not delivered yet, the contract will need to be updated accordingly with notes.

• Familiarity with MS Office required; specifically Excel.
• 2+ years experience with administrative or Accounts Receivable or Leasing operations
• Associate's degree or related Enterprise experience required.
