Our Client, a leader in the Automotive Industry, is seeking a talented and motivated Lean Process/Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
*    Implement Lean methodologies to improve manufacturing processes and increase efficiency
*    Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes
*    Design and develop new manufacturing processes and systems
*    Work with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and systems
*    Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes
*    Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and quality
*    Provide training to production teams on new processes and systems
*    Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

Requirements:
*    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
*    3+ years of experience in a Lean manufacturing environment
*    Proficient in Lean principles and methodologies
*    Experience with process improvement, process design, and project management
*    Strong problem-solving skills
*    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*    Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software
*    Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferences:
*    Six Sigma Certification
*    Experience in the Automotive Industry
*    Knowledge of automation technologies and Industry 4.0
*    Familiarity with software tools such as Minitab and statistical process control
*    Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
