Lead Trainer - SAP ERP Manufacturing

Onsite - Our client has a new Manufacturing ERP project that they have labeled 'Smart ERP'.  This role will take lead from curriculum developers and our clients training department and the System Integrator for training.  ERP Training experience with SAP implementation and module usage is required.   

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

• Delivers and tracks technical training. 
• Establishes training and education modules and ensure consistency in the delivery of technical training and on-boarding. 
• Partners with the functional area, develops training materials, and knowledge assessments, for area standard operation procedures (SOP) and coordinates knowledge assessment. 
• Utilizes training authoring and multimedia tools and software for assigned development projects. 
• The role should be able to coordinate/lead the Smart ERP training requirements with our clients workstream leads. 
• Coordinate training sessions with power users and training the trainers. 
• The candidates should have SAP experience. 
• Using the content provided by the SI (System Integrator), the candidate should be able to work with the 'documentation backfill team member' to develop training documentation. 
• ERP Training Experience (I.e., SAP) 
• Ability to understand unique training content. 
• Can lead/coordinate training plan. 
• 5+ years of experience in training capacity 
• Bachelor's degree desired but not required
