Their dedicated team, comprised of skilled technicians and engineers, is driven by a shared goal of quality and precision. They operate on a 2-3-2 schedule, offering opportunities for overtime and impressive compensation packages. Now, they are looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee their 1st shift operations.
Responsibilities
* Oversee 1st shift operations
* Supervise 20-30 indirect staff, 4-8 directs
* Manage 4 team leaders and machine techs
* Coordinate with materials staff and engineers
* Ensure CNC machines' efficient operation
* Lead rough machining
* Administer maintenance programs
* Ensure compliance with safety standards
