Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance Team Lead/Technician to join their Warrensburg facility. This role is ideal for a dedicated problem solver and change agent passionate about elevating the standards of maintenance operations. The successful candidate will handle both electrical and mechanical repairs, as well as preventative maintenance, ensuring the facility and its equipment operate at peak efficiency.
Shift: 3rd (11 PM - 7 AM)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of both low and high voltage industrial electrical and control systems.
- Ensure all wiring adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and that any new installations or upgrades meet these compliance requirements.
- Execute both emergency and scheduled maintenance tasks plant-wide.
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and other regulatory policies.
- Repair or replace faulty electrical components, such as relays, switches, transformers, motors, and sensors.
- Ensure the timely, safe, and high-quality completion of assigned projects.
- Engage in work from ladders, lifts, elevated spaces, and confined areas as needed.
- Effectively communicate job statuses and hand off key information to other shifts.
- Manage inventory and submit requisitions for necessary repair or replacement parts.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- Extensive knowledge of motion sensing and control devices, DC & AC motors, drives, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs.
- Experience with robotics/automation
Preferred:
- Technical degree or equivalent advanced training in relevant fields is preferred..
- Experience in PLC programming and Fanuc robot programming is advantageous.
- 2+years of leadership experience
- Automotive manufacturing experience

Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
