Our client is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Support Assistant.
Location: NE Indiana
This is a 9-12 month contract position.
This contract can be done remotely with onsite training for the first 2 weeks.
Preferred someone on EST.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a - 5p.  Training will be onsite for the first couple of weeks and then the position will be mostly remote

Summary:
  • Provides detailed data entry and technical assistance as requested by the LMS administrator. This includes roster entry, scheduling classes, report generation, responding to co-worker emails, password resets, as well as basic database maintenance.
  • Must become proficient with all aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS) functionality.
  • Must have experience with all of Microsoft Office including Excel. Experience with Adobe Captivate or other learning authoring tools is preferred.  Experience in HR, education or information systems preferred.

  • High school equivalency required.
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
