LMS Support Assistant

Job Description
- Provides detailed data entry and technical assistance as requested by the LMS administrator. This includes roster entry, scheduling classes, report generation, responding to co-worker emails, password resets, as well as basic database maintenance.
- Must become proficient with all aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS) functionality.
- Must have experience with all of Microsoft Office including Excel. Experience with Adobe Captivate or other learning authoring tools is preferred. Experience in HR, education or information systems preferred.

- High school equivalency required.
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
