Job Requirements


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our professional services
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the technology field
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competition, providing valuable insights for business development strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients' IT staffing and professional service needs
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, while consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in our CRM system


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business) is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the technology field, preferably in a technical capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of IT professional services and staffing solutions, including ERP, Network, BI, Database, Software Development/Engineering, Project Management, Business and Systems Analysis
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a rapidly evolving industry
