Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to identify proper solutions to client's needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with colleagues in the US and Germany.
- Strong strategic marketing, negotiation, and planning skills.
- Technical background in press technology, with knowledge of equipment and/or related industries.
- Enthusiastic desire to establish credibility quickly and respond to customer needs, including quote preparation, follow-up, and relationship building.
- Experience with spare part and service support.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Advanced time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with P&L management and project management.
- Ability to guide and mentor sales engineers.
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and development needs.
- Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales.
- Global perspective with experience working with diverse cultures.
