This position will involve:
- Data entry within the order fulfillment process
- Obtain freight quotes and schedule shipments with logistics providers
- Field customer feedback, collaborate with manager to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, forward to appropriate internal team(s), and follow-up to ensure resolution
- Review incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy, adjusting as needed, and informing the appropriate contact as needed
- Provide internal team members with system data and external information upon request
Job Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Manufacturing ERP system experience
- Infor, CloudSuite Industrial or Sytline experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solver with the ability to use critical thinking skills
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Promotes improvement both within themselves and within the company
- Shows ambition for learning new skills
- Self-motivated
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Products
