Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Description
- Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming sales inquiries and provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate and follow up on leads, ensuring timely and accurate entry of customer information into the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and delivery to customers.
- Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, order status, and customer feedback to the sales team and management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role within the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and an understanding of technical specifications related to products is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
