IT Support Specialist
Michigan, Grand Rapids-Muskegon-
Responsible for monitoring and providing support to digital orders from order placement to fulfilment.
Provide first level assistance for defined problems; escalate issues as necessary to higher level staff.
Frequent interactions with customers, exercise interpersonal communication and problem solving, and have a high degree of patience to provide solutions.
: Monitor order processing and fulfilment flow during system operation hours
: Identify and resolve order related issues in a timely manner by completing remediation steps
: Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions or resolve problems for clients in person, via phone and email as appropriate
: Document problems and actions taken
: Escalate problems to appropriate individuals based on established guidelines and procedures
: Assisting in other special product-related issues as assigned or required
: A completed or in-process associates or Bachelor' s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training is required.
: 2+ years of experience in computer systems or IT support
: Flexible schedule
: Strong oral and written communication skills (technical and non-technical)
: Broad range of application, network, and desktop knowledge is highly desirable
