Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

• Develop and manage a project plan ensuring that the Automation project is completed on time.
• Effective tracking of actions and tasks based on the project plan  
• Escalation to Data Governance Leads with issues, risks and decisions that are impacting the scheduled delivery of plan. (includes any scope change)
• Provide regular status updates and report outs based on expectations provided.  See communication planEnsure data workflows are documented, establishes standard approach and sustainability in processes.

• Resource capacity: Align resources to the plan and assess capacity (requires defining, allocating, and prioritizing resources effectively while continuously monitoring and adjusting to ensure that the project remains on track and within capacity limits).
• Work with DG leads to Implement a feedback loop to assess effectivity of the deliverables with end users
• Create a log for reassignments to understand missed deadlines and workload distribution for future cycles.
• Implement data analyst demos/feedback sessions to ensure consistent approach and deliverables
• Technical support overview and updates 

Technical Support

• Liaison with data team to secure timely inputs to automation processes.
• Troubleshoot roadblocks that arise for analysts in data workflow
• Manage source to target mapping feedback cycles for updates
• Identifies source data access and delivery frequency requirements
• Support environment changes and associated software licensing for analysts (volume break fix)
• Initiates hardware upgrades to support volume processing and efficiency
• Ensure data workflows are documented, establishes standard approach and sustainability in processes.
• Documentation on environment, refresh schedule, databases etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 10 + years experience in Program Manager or leader capacity
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Strong knowledge of large Global ERP Implementation initiatives and implementations
