Job Description

Our Client, a Public Utility that provides natural gas and electricity to the majority of Michigan's 10 million residents is seeking a talented and self-driven individual for needs serving in the role of Office 365 System Administrator for a 10+ month contract.

 

 

Administer, implement, support and document procedures for the Microsoft 365 Platform with a focus on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. Manage and maintain system configurations and actively troubleshoot issues.  Work with end users on best practices and between IT and Security teams to ensure compliance. This position works regularly with the Senior Platform M365 Engineers.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

 

  • MCSE preferred / MCSA acceptable, 5+ years of experience
  • Administrative or engineering experience with the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Working understanding of Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams
  • Wholistic understanding of Microsoft platform
  • Ability to document technical processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer experience skills
  • Able to review published technology documents and define, communicate changes that impact our organization
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees
