Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a client-focused IT Managed Services Account Manager to manage and grow existing customer relationships. This role is responsible for onboarding, implementation, ongoing support, and identifying new revenue opportunities within assigned accounts. The position is highly visible to clients and includes occasional onsite engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for managed services clients
- Lead onboarding and coordinate implementation of infrastructure, software, and security solutions
- Ensure ongoing customer success, service delivery, and satisfaction
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Support purchase orders, invoicing, and contract-related activities
- Oversee software licensing, renewals, and maintenance services
- Partner with internal technical teams to resolve issues and ensure service quality
- Conduct regular client check-ins and onsite visits as needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT account management, customer success, or managed services
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software licensing, and security services
- Experience supporting billing, POs, and service delivery coordination
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to grow accounts and identify new business opportunities
