North America Cybersecurity Sales Leader
Role Overview
The Enterprise Cybersecurity Sales Manager is responsible for leading high-impact enterprise sales initiatives, cultivating executive-level relationships, and driving sustained revenue growth across strategic accounts and partner channels. This role partners closely with CISOs and senior IT leaders to position cybersecurity solutions that address complex business and risk challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise sales strategies aligned with organizational growth and revenue objectives.
- Build, develop, and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise customers, including CISOs, CIOs, and IT leadership teams.
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales team members to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise opportunities through targeted prospecting, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage and negotiate complex enterprise contracts, ensuring long-term value for both the customer and the organization.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience selling subscription-based SaaS solutions to CISOs and senior IT stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas in cybersecurity or enterprise technology environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth cybersecurity organization.
- Background selling into small, medium, and large, complex environments with multi-stakeholder decision processes.

Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
