IT Data Maintenance Associate
Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- Supports data analysis and reporting for the Firm
- Provide support to the Operations and Compliance team on various data related projects
- Provide technical support to team members for basic trouble shooting of software and hardware
- Maintenance, administration and upkeep of information in various technology platforms both from a Compliance and Operations standpoint
- Maintenance and upkeep of the phone system technology
- Acts as liaison to the outsourced IT team for structural and technical issues
- Monitoring of internal hardware and software inventory
- Monitoring of cybersecurity programs and systems
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data maintenance / IT.
Experience Requirements
- 3 years or more IT or systems management experience
- Experience or knowledge related to cyber security is preferred
Technical Skills
- Proficient knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supporting Office 365
- Ability to provide IT troubleshooting
Required Skills
- Ability and desire to take proactive action and initiative to identify and resolve problems
- Highly detail oriented
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the desire to find solutions
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize and organize
- Electronic interpersonal communication skills

Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
