IT Business Systems Analyst (Human Resources)
Located in Central Northern Indiana South of the Michigan Border

Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst located in their World HQ s. This position is responsible for working closely with our client Human Resources organization to develop and implement business solutions to positively impact operational activities. Project management competencies are required to manage diverse project implementations.
What You Will Do
Provide day to day technical / functional support to the various Human Resources functions within our clients' SAP and non-SAP environments.
Utilize IS project management methodologies to develop and implement technology projects for Human Resources. Must be able to lead diverse work teams, communicate with all levels of management and drive projects to successful conclusion.
Define, design, build and implement business solutions via SAP or other non-SAP systems through configuration and/or modification of existing business processes.
Liaison with Information Services Technical team to deliver technologically sound solutions to define business requirements.
Promote change through strong communication, team building and leadership.
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor' s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Relevant Functional Area.
4 - 6 years experience with information systems focused in ERP systems utilizing human resource processes. Experience in payroll, benefits and time management required. SAP experience preferred.
1 3 years experience leading small to mid-size projects, creating functional specifications, testing solutions and creating training and technical documentation.
Exposure to data warehousing and analytics is preferred.
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated mentor to others within same discipline.
Working knowledge of project management using software development life cycles such as waterfall and agile.
Proficient understanding of how technology solves business problems.
Ability to learn and adhere to new processes and systems and provide constructive feedback on improvement opportunities.
Ability to develop new processes with constructive feedback from others.
Demonstrated ownership of improving technologies.
Core understanding of multiple functional areas
Experience working in a high-availability environment, providing 24x7 service.
Demonstrated service orientation.
