Our client, a Global Leader in the Consumer Appliance Industry has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Stock Plan Analyst for a 6 Month + Contract. Responsibilities

Lead global stock plan administration for ~1, 200 participants
Coordinate, administer and monitor stock programs
Process new equity awards, vests and option exercises
Perform record reconciliation and reporting with HR, Payroll, Accounting/Finance, and Legal to ensure accuracy of record keeping
Assist with data collection for annual Proxy statement
Act as a point of escalation for equity compensation and stock option policies and procedures (e.G., taxation of options) for issues that require deep functional knowledge for resolution
Develop and maintain relationships with external compensation vendors
Suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies
Other duties as assigned

Must Have Skills

A Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or equivalent combination of education and work experience
1+ year of stock administration experience; Preferably with experience processing an annual vest
Knowledge of HR as a discipline with an understanding of equity plans
Knowledge of HR regulatory and statutory requirements in terms of equity plans
Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;
Attention to detail
Professionalism with confidential information
Proficient in Google sheets/Excel
Prior experience with SuccessFactors, SAP, ServiceNow (case management), Morgan Stanley a plus
