Job Description

Seeking a Human Resources Specialist within our Talent Acquisition Team

Grand Rapids, MI

Hybrid Role:  3 days in the office and remote 2 days.

Will help support 40+ open positions on an annual basis.
All jobs are professional services/support and inhouse.
Professional services industry (non manufacturing) is highly desirable!

Seeking someone who is SHRM certified with a desire to learn/grow beyond Talent Acquisition! 
This will include HR Generalist duties for a progressive fast growing business.

Candidates MUST have excellent business acumen and self starter!

Ideal candidates has 5 year's of overall HR experience and excels in an environment where you will need to jump in and learn!

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees

Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
