Job Description

Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Generalist for a 6 month + Contract.  Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day!  You will also have the opportunity to work with other like-minded, self-directed and detail oriented Top Talents in an extremely collaborative and professional environment. 


This is a part-time position. M-F 9am - 1pm or 8:30am - 12:30pm

 

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

 

  • Provides human resource services spanning payroll, benefits and other transactions. 
  • Ensures efficiency of service center operations, technology and transaction processes.
  • Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of additional equivalent work experience required
  • 2+ years of work experience required
  • Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
  • Experience with data analytics research, writing and presenting a story through data via PowerPoint, Excel, People Insights, and Workday preferred
  • Communications and Digital communication experience 
  • Prior Experience supporting talent strategy and the associated business processes preferred

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees

Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
