Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for our company. Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
- HR Administration: Assist in maintaining HR records, employee files, and documentation. Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Payroll and Benefits: Gain exposure to payroll and benefits administration. Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure our practices align with legal requirements.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and inquiries effectively and professionally.
Job Requirements
Required:
- Recruiting experience, whether you're a seasoned pro or just getting started.
- A general understanding of payroll and benefits administration.
- Willingness to train someone with limited experience in HR.
- ADP experience is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Florida labor laws
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR).
