Our client in Kimper, KY is actively looking for an HR Generalist for a 12mo contract-to-hire position!
This position will be hired with the intention to convert to a direct hire/permanent employee!
Hours: 7am-3pm Mon-Fri.
Onsite position.
Position overview:
- Document daily absences
- Work within Kronos (HRIS) in several different areas
- Schedule meetings with managers
- Manage and calculate employee vacations by seniority
- Post jobs
- Manage employee events
- Other HR duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Experience Required:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- 1-2 yrs of previous HR experience
- Experience with an HRIS
Experience Preferred:
- Kronos HRIS experience
- Office management experience
- Scheduling experience
Education Required:
High School Diploma or GED
