Support compensation operations: broad-based and executive compensation analysis.
Job leveling analysis
Survey participation and analysis
Annual merit/bonus cycle
Other duties as assigned
Must Have Skills
A Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum 3-5 years of professional compensation experience
Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;
Attention to detail
Professionalism with confidential information
Proficient in Google sheets/Excel
Prior experience with SuccessFactors, SAP, ServiceNow (case management)
