Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a HR Coordinator for a 3 Month Contract. GENERAL SUMMARY

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for all employee traffic, managing confidential employee information, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external employees.

Responsibilities:

Answer and/or field HR employee questions (internal and external)
Responsible for a variety of communications which includes but is not limited to job postings and communication boards
Manage employee badge process for employees and contingent labor.
Manage Service Award Program.
Manage Employee of the Month Program.
ER project management/support as assigned.
Maintain accurate/timely filing system.
Assist with tracking and filing of performance reviews.

Education/Experience:

High School Education or Equivalent.
2 years administrative experience (or equivalent) required.
Administrative assistance experience is a plus HR experience would be a plus. (experience with data with confidentiality.
