This individual will perform a variety of administrative functions in support of company HR operations, and will complete the following responsibilities in an accurate and timely manner.
High School Diploma required and a minimum of three (3) years of experience. Associates Degree or completion of some HR/administration coursework desirable.
Ability to write, speak and understand both English and Spanish.
Knowledge and above average proficiency required with Microsoft Office programs.
Attention to detail and excellent data entry skills are essential in this position.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
