Our client, a Global Leader in the Consumer Appliance Industry has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst for a 6 Month + Contract. Support project manager(s) in managing line item detail of financials for Digital project (monthly forecasts and actuals tracking).
Support project manager(s) on the contract intake process (ie. Facilitating contract approvals through the indirect procurement processes in ServiceNow and working with procurement team, ensuring signed copies of contracts are organized and filed in project folder, ensuring internal stakeholders have signed off on contracts).
Support Project Manager(s) in creating and managing eCars and PO creation/update
Submit goods receipts on monthly basis to account for external time and dollars worked on project.
Reconcile monthly invoices with goods receipts to ensure accurate records are maintained.
Has ability to raise potential concerns to project leadership on invoices or other finance documents that look abnormal.
Develop and review reports in ServiceNow on monthly basis to track actuals vs. Forecast.
Develop financial or resource reports as required to manage the project and report to leadership

Must Have Skills

Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in finance/accounting or related field
1-3 years of experience preferably in finance/accounting
Basic finance knowledge (month-end processes of invoices, purchase orders, etc.).
Google Suite OR Microsoft Office,
Experience with SAP ECC finance, ServiceNow highly preferred
Detail oriented
Extremely organized
Effective communication skills
