Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Finance Training & Development Coordinator for a 10 Month + Contract. Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
The Coordinator, Finance Training & Development will support the Global Finance Training & Development team in its delivery of live and virtual training programs, recruiting activities and program administration for the Finance and Accounting Rotational (FAR) Program through event planning, project management, and coordination of classroom training events
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Oversee all logistic elements of our live trainings including: venues, vendor contracts, guest speaker coordination, attendee logistics, and expense tracking
Provide support for all live trainings (sometimes on site): serve as main point of contact for hotel, training facility, caterer and evening activities.
Assist with PowerPoint presentations and handouts for trainings and recruiting events
Coordinate virtual training classes: schedule global finance broadcasts and support related communications
Coordinate candidate travel, schedules and expense reimbursement for campus recruiting on site interviews
4 year degree preferred + 2-3 years similar experience.
