Job Description

Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for an ERP Data Conversion Coordinator for an 8 Month Contract opportunity. This individual will be helping our client with a project to correct inaccurate data housed in several systems. Analytical and Process Improvement along with excellent/advanced Excel skills are required.

 

Responsibilities  

  • Blending data from multiple systems to prepare reports for cross-functional teams 
  • Will assist in entering mass amounts of order data into test and production environments of the ERP's 
  • Process complex transactions that may require additional information from multiple departments (order entry across different systems) 
  • Validate data across different systems 
  • Assist in order conversion initiatives

Job Requirements

Requirements

 
  • Data analytics - Advanced Excel skills, proficient in Power BI 
  • Extensive experience creating Excel formulas, vlookup, and Pivot Tables
  • Effective presentation, organizational, planning skills, and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent communications skills 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees

Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
