We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting a pool of potential candidates through various channels including social media, job postings, LinkedIn, user groups, and technical communities. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for data analysis, research, and development of effective sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and attract potential candidates using social media platforms, job postings, LinkedIn, user groups, and technical communities.
Conduct research and development of key industry-specific keywords to enhance sourcing strategies.
Analyze data to identify trends and improve sourcing effectiveness.
Manage the company's social media presence to ensure consistent and engaging content related to job postings and company updates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sourcing campaigns.
Maintain an organized database of potential candidates and ensure accurate and timely updates.
Job Requirements
