Job Requirements
Established Training and Development Program with defined succession plan.
Results oriented culture with unlimited Earning Potential (Competitive Base + Commission)
Base Salary during training: $45k with performance-based bonuses (quarterly and annual).
Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), paid time off, and holiday pay.
Bachelor's Degree
Interest in Business to Business Sales
Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective negotiations
High sense of urgency, presentation skills, professionalism, and character
Ability to overcome obstacles and collaborate with others.
Research and build daily plan for targeted customers
Utilize our CRM to track, research, and create follow up on targets.
Collaborate with team to identify target accounts.
Understand customer hiring needs, cycles, and build customer relationships.
Partner with the Delivery team to identify top talent for your clients.
