Job Description

Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Engineer for a 12 month + Contract.  Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day!  You will also have the opportunity to work with other like-minded, self-directed and detail-oriented Top Talents in an extremely collaborative and professional environment.  


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Read, Understand, Document and Approve PPAP
  • Understand and Approve FAI, DCP, PFMEA, IGS and Mfg. Procedures
  • Ability to articulate with Suppliers
  • Ability to investigate nonconformances and CAPAs with suppliers

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in science/technical field. Minimum of 3 years of experience. Operations/Manufacturing Experience. 
  • CAPA/NCs Experience.
  • Knowledge of Supply chain, Operations and Production
  • Knowledge of any PLCM ( OnePLM, Windchill, SAP)
  • Knowledge of any Production Software (MES, EPS, Oracle, I factory)
  • Knowledge of Engineering changes (ECR, ECN, CT)
  • Knowledge of and experience with key Quality concepts (e.g. Risk Management, CAPA, Statistics, DMAIC, DFSS).

 

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees

Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
