Job Description

Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Electrical Hardware Design Engineer  for a 18 Month Contract opportunity. Position Description

 

  • Cable harness design.
  • PC board design.
  • Experience with embedded systems.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with background in Medical Device highly preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a Electrical Hardware Engineering role with PCBA and Cable Harness Design experience preferred.  This is a mid level experience role.  Looking for mid level 3-5 years of experience. 
  • Altium and SolidWorks Software experience highly preferred
  • Some travel requirements (2-3 times during the 18 months) to WI or CA
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills 
  • High level of attention to detail and organization 
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently 
  • Ability to participate in cross-functional teams 
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and other technical specifications preferred 

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees

Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
