ERP Data Validation Analyst (SAP S4/HANA)

The analyst role will ensure our business has the highest quality Procurement / Planning data during a transition from several different ERP systems into SAP S/4HANA. 

In this role, you will support Data Testing, Data Quality, Training, and go-live activities to help successfully migrate to and implement SAP S/4HANA. This individual will work closely with the forecast-to-plan and procure-to-pay teams to deliver a smooth and successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA in May 2026.  

An ideal Candidate has worked functionally with the SAP Procurement / Planning modules and later transitioned into a role related to SAP deployments/migrations.

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

• Partner with business leads, IT solution architects, and deployment group resources to prepare legacy Data for eventual migration into the SAP  s/4HANA ecosystem
• Support the achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables through data conversion, data migration, data testing, training,  system cutover, and hypercare activities
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end Data testing activities, including defect/bug management across all cycles
• Support Data readiness efforts, including Data validation, migration tracking, and issue escalation
• Support the development and execution of end-user training content and sessions
• Monitor and report on readiness checklists, proactively flagging gaps and delays
• Track and manage risks, issues, and action items to enable successful go-live and post-go-live stabilization
• Support documentation of key decisions, lessons learned, and post-go-live stabilization activities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Data Migrations and System Implementations
• Direct experience using the SAP S/4 Procurement / Planning modules
• Strong project coordination skills - ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience with testing coordination, data migration activities, and/or end-user training highly preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams); Smartsheet and ADO experience a plus
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Data Analysis / Data Quality
• Flexible with work schedule, will work primarily off EST time zone with flexibility for off-hours scheduleing when needed
• Availability to travel occasionally (expected <10%) for training sessions, workshops, or project activities
