Job Description

Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a ERP Data Conversion Coordinator for a 12 Month + Contract.  Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day!  You will also have the opportunity to work with other like-minded, self-directed, and detail-oriented Top Talents in an extremely collaborative and professional environment.  

 

This role will align to business process areas to support the data conversion and readiness activities to prepare for the ERP systems deployment/go live.

 


 RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support data cleansing (correction in legacy system) and data construction (the collection of 'new' data)
  • Support data validation activities
  • Monitors and responds to Data Readiness Reports
  • Participates in Cutovers and DLs responding to emails.
  • Partner with program on data load templates to ensure readiness.
  • Work with the team to capture test data sets required for proper testing scenarios.
  • Support testing efforts as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs including excel is required as well as the ability to create formulas to support data analysis.

Job Requirements

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 

  • Bachelor's degree required in Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related specialty.
  • 1+ year of related ERP Master data support or conversion
  • Proven experience and ability to articulate past research, data analysis and customer service skills.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communications
  • PowerBI and Excel tools experience

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees

Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
