Job Description
Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and manage all aspects of safety and environmental programs within a heavy manufacturing facility located in Muskegon, MI. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone passionate about cultivating a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. You'll be the key liaison between operations, leadership, and regulatory bodies-working across departments to reduce risk, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, environmentally sound workplace practices. The role balances both office and production floor presence, requiring a leader who's comfortable in steel-toed boots and equally effective in a boardroom discussion. If you're looking to make a tangible impact on workplace safety and environmental stewardship in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment, this opportunity is built for you.
