Job Description

Our Client, a leader in the Automotive Industry, is seeking a motivated and experienced EHS Administrator to join their team. Our client is a fast-paced, growing company that is exciting to work for. Key Responsibilities:
*    Manage the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs and policies
*    Develop and maintain EHS training programs for employees
*    Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards
*    Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
*    Investigate accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions
*    Maintain and update EHS policies and procedures
*    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHS initiatives
*    Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies

Job Requirements

*    Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science or related field
*    3+ years of experience in EHS administration in a manufacturing environment
*    Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
*    Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
*    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
*    Strong problem-solving skills
*    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*    Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

*    Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification
*    Experience in the Automotive Industry
*    Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies
*    Bilingual in Spanish and English
